First Signs of Spring

We have been having lots of fun these past two days in this 80+ degree weather. Hard to believe it snowed last weekend! We dusted off the ole Radio Flyer and took it out for a spin, it was Avery's first wagon ride. It was a hit with both kids! Harrison loves having a buddy to ride with now.

Harrison totally has the hang of pedaling his tricycle now. He can really get some speed going on that thing!

Had to include these........Avery sleeping on her daddy. So cute!

My little angel. Now if she would just sleep through the night.....

SNOW!!!!

And LOTS of it! Of all days, we had a Atlanta-style snowstorm on the first day in March. And it's supposed to be almost 70 degrees at the end of the week!

I took Harrison out to play for a while, and he did NOT want to come inside, he was having so much fun!

Avery had to watch from inside unfortunately, it was probably to cold and wet for her little self. Doesn't she look like Chris Farley in this picture??

That's pretty sad that I got out the beach toys to play in the snow.

I slid Harrison down the hill in the front yard in his plastic baby pool. Then he started throwing snow in there, and the dogs had a great time eating it all.

A winter wonderland!

Ten Months Old!

Avery is ten months old today! She is still crawling and pulling up everywhere, and cruising along the furniture. She tries to stand up by herself sometimes, and can walk pretty well if you hold her two hands. She is a girl on the move! And she talks ALL the time. She can say "mama" and "dada" in context which is really neat. Between her and Harrison, Jason and I can't get a word in edgewise. Avery is already starting to refuse the bottle and being fed with a spoon (which means all of that baby food I recently bought is probably being given to someone else). The tricky thing is, she can't eat too many table foods yet because she only has two teeth! But she loves to feed herself and it's fun to watch her try new foods. Macaroni and cheese is a new favorite. It was very difficult to take this chair picture as she did not want to sit still AT ALL. Jason was off to the side holding her in place, and I counted to three and snapped quickly when he took his hands away! Silly girl!
